CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order any time before it is processed/fulfilled, and receive a full refund. However, once your order has been processed/fulfilled, it cannot be cancelled. Please see our return and refund policy for more information in this scenario.

How to Cancel Your Order

You may cancel your order through your FACE-OFF GAMES Customer Account or by emailing our Customer Care at info@faceoffgames.ca.

If you send us an email, please include this text, 'ORDER CANCELLATION', in your email subject line, and provide the following information in your email message:

• Your first and last name
• Your email
• Your phone number
  
• The date of purchase
• The order number
  
• The reason for cancellation

This information will help us cancel and refund your order in a timely manner. Your refund will be issued to the method of payment you used to make the order.

Our Right To Cancel

We reserve the right to cancel any order, service, or product from the order if the item is unavailable or the order is unable to be fulfilled or serviced. We also reserve the right to cancel any order due to activity that we deem to be suspicious. We do not need to disclose our reasoning for cancellation.
