SHIPPING POLICY

Pre-Orders / Backorders

Your payment will be collected by us at the time your order is placed. If you order any pre-order or backorder items with other products from the store, the order will be held until all products are available for shipment.

Order Changes

Our goal is to ensure swift delivery for all our customers. In order to achieve this, once an order has been submitted, we are unable to accommodate any changes to the order details. If you need to update the delivery address, we kindly ask that you reach out directly to the package carrier handling your shipment. 

Shipping Destinations

We ship products from Canada across Canada and the USA. Other international destinations are not available at this time. 

Canada
Standard Shipping is provided by Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS if you have a mailing address in Canada. If your item is at least 100 grams or more, you will receive a tracking number. The delivery time for Standard Shipping in Canada is 1-5 business days.

USA
Shipping is provided to American customers via Canada Post. Depending on the weight of your shipment, we will use either Canada Post Tracked Packet USA or Canada Post Expedited Parcel USA. You will receive a tracking number and delivery confirmation with either service. The delivery time for shipping in the USA ranges from 5-8 business days.

American customers are responsible for paying any applicable tariffs or import duties on their order if/when those tariffs or import duties get charged.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is in addition to processing time.

Processing time is the amount of time it takes us to fulfill your order. This includes receiving your order, locating inventory, carefully packing your order, completing and printing a shipping label, and dropping it off at a local courier for shipment. After you place an order, we will do our best to process it as soon as possible within 1-5 business days, depending on the time of year. If we anticipate the processing time to be longer than 5 business days, we will notify you.

Shipping time is the amount of time it takes the courier to ship the product to your mailing address after we drop it off with the courier. Shipping time can vary based on your shipping preferences and where you live. Other factors such as weather conditions, transportation issues, delay clearing customs or other unforeseen events may cause delays in transit.

Shipping Notification & Tracking Number

We will provide you with an update when your item has been shipped. You will also receive the name of your courier and a tracking number if your order is above 100 grams (0.22 lbs).

If Your Product Arrives Damaged

If your order arrives damaged from its journey, please do NOT remove your items from their original packaging. Immediately alert us by completing an Order Issue Report. A customer service representative will be in touch with you as soon as possible after we receive your report.
